When an organization is planning to set up a quality management system , the first question which comes in the mind is –What will be the objective of my organization quality management system template.The main objective of ISO standardization is to set up quality standards and to monitor them regularly.There are no as such guidelines from the ISO for the number of the quality objectives and what should be those.The standard decision is normally to be done by the organization management team and the auditors.

Some Industry experts say that organizations should decide organization quality management in relation to the company’s profitability.But some suggest that an organization should also focus on customer satisfaction rather only on company’s profitability.Increase in profits shows that a particular organization is growing , but other aspects like customer expectations and satisfaction should also meet.
Customer satisfaction:It is not measurable but some organizations try to include survey’s with their best products to get a feedback from the buyer. Not all , but yes few customer take out the time to fill these survey forms which help in collecting samples for research.The survey result help in understanding the customer satisfaction level in the market.
Surveys: Conducting such surveys regularly helps the organization in their various department developments.Try to design the survey in number system which is easy to calculate at the time of data analysis.
One of the most quality objectives of any organization is to keep a check on the number of products returned in a particular month .The Return can be from the dealers, salesperson or customer end.Keep a track of all these return and it will be helpful in the future development of the organization.It will help in reducing production defects and delivery of the products to the wholesalers and retailers.If customer is returning the product which means either product is defected or not satisfied with the performance of the product.
